Awards and Accolades: Many of the typical car show and cruise night awards, best in show, best in class, best interior, top tens, etc. The body is largely stock, the side trim and door handles have been shaved off,the fuel fill door and the tail gate have been welded in and smoothed.A fiberglass cowl induction scoop was added to the stock steel hood and opened for the supercharger. All of the soft trim and seals were replaced. The entire electrical system was replaced and upgraded with a modern fuse panel, relays, and harnesses. 1959 EL CAMINO WINDOWSThe front and rear windshields are the original 1959 pieces, the side windows were replaced. During the restoration,all of the chrome, stainless, and aluminum trim was either restored or replaced.
